Description

Dr Rod Everett will explore how the current food and farming system is leading to ill health and damaged soil.

This session will explore the many techniques of farming and food growing that create foods contributing to good human health whilst also supporting rich ecological systems full of diversity. This diversity can provide a healing environment for our mental health. The session will also explore how we can move towards a food procurement system that encourages us to eat foods that are healthy for both people and planet.
