Description

Vermont Healthy Soils: A discussion in shifting the paradigm of how people interface with the land. How can Vermont operate under the premise that we can restore land water cycles by covering Vermont's bare soil; nurturing photosynthesis, biodiversity and the biology underground.

We will be joined by Grow More Waste Less's Cat Buxton, an enthusiastic educator, community organizer, and advocate for food system change, Grace Gershuny, author of Organic Revolutionary: A Memoir of the Movement for Real Food, Planetary Healing, & Human Liberation, and Didi Pershouse, an author, educator, and soil sponge strategist. All three of them are board members of the Vermont Healthy Soils Coalition.
