About the company

Lundberg Family Farms creates thoughtfully crafted rice and quinoa products using the highest quality organic and eco-farmed grains. Since 1937, our family has been growing wholesome, great-tasting rice while tending to soil, air, water, and wildlife as carefully as our crops. Some people say we’re a bit unconventional. But doing things our way—sustainably at every step—allows us to make better food for your table while leaving a better world for the next generation. That’s why we started farming organically in 1969.

On our farms, we say no to GMOs, rotate crops, build soil health, conserve water, provide habitat for hundreds of species, and rescue duck eggs. We also use 100% renewable energy at our manufacturing facilities. It’s all part of our promise to protect and improve the planet for generations to come.

Lundberg offers competitive health, dental, vision and life insurance benefits and PTO plans. In addition, our Team Members receive 2 free products each week, a bi-annual credit to the company store, gym discounts, wireless carrier discounts and much more! Apply today to start your career with the Lundberg Family!
