Key Responsibilities:

  • Order entry and processing
  • General reporting
  • Organizing specific documentation
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Providing documentation to state agencies
  • General administrative duties
  • Purchase orders
  • Accounts receivable
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers
  • Any other related duties

Key Competencies And Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum Administrative experience
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Highly communicative and collaborative
  • Adept with technology
  • Microsoft Office
  • Adobe
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong desire for continuous improvement and self-development
  • Organization, self-management of energy and time
  • Team oriented
  • Salesforce experience
  • Willingness to help where needed
