Description

WRI is a global research organization that spans more than 50 countries, with offices in the United States, China, India, Brazil, Indonesia and more. WRI’s work focuses on six critical issues at the intersection of environment and development: climate, energy, food, forests, water, and cities and transport.

The Land Accelerator

WRI launched the Land Accelerator in 2018 to empower entrepreneurs who restore degraded forests and farmland. The Land Accelerator is a 4-month training, mentorship, networking and skills-building program, that is anchored by a week-long in-person workshop; it will be held in three regions in 2020: South Asia (June), Latin America (September) and Africa (October). For more details, see the 4returns Events calendar.
