Description

Stonewall Farm is a non-profit organization providing agricultural education to farmers, homesteaders, schools and the general public on 120 acres of protected land. Stonewall farm is an accredited HUB in the Savory Institute’s Global Network. The farm operates a certified organic dairy and grows certified organic crops. The farm conserves 120 acres of pastures, forests and trails that are free and open to the public for recreational use year-round.

Join Stonewall Farm and the Cheshire County Conservation District for an evening of hands on learning about soil health. Discuss how to identify current problems with your soil and management techniques that can be used to solve those problems and build healthier soil. We will also share the various techniques we have been trialing and testing at Stonewall farm over the past 4 years including transitioning to no-till, cover crops and soil prep techniques.
